I just came across some great new terrain from a UK company called Sarissa Precision. Click here to check out their site.
All of the terrain pieces are laser cut and made from wood, they snap together easily and a lot of them are stackable so you can make a lot of different looking buildings. And a lot feature cool interiors. Here’s a great blog review that I found.
This is just the kind of thing I’ve been looking for. I’m going to order up a couple of kits and give my own review when I get them
If you want to order any of them, you want to go for the “Old West Heroic” kits.

Got a few of those, including the Adobe Jail and Church, I must say that they are very very nice, although it states that you can put them apart after the game to keep them flat, but I have kept mine together, also I have found this http://store.gcmshop.com/products/925-old-west-two-story-building-28mwest001.aspx from Game Craft based in the US, similar kind of set up, but looks like no interior floors, but I am sure that they will match Sarissa Pricision very well.
I ordered 4 of them, the adobe jail, 2 small shop, an adobe house with steps outside and also another house with front porch. They were real easy to build and look nice, painting em now. I glued mine together too, it didn’t seem like they would stay together too well without glue, they might stay up but I was afraid they would be too wobbly to put models on the roofs. I will probably get that hotel and a couple more soon. Also been meaning to check out the Gamecraft buildings too. Definitely have their gallows kit on my list among others.
Have you seen the prices of the Gamecraft Buildings?? very nice!!
Now, even without the interior flooring (no prob there, easily make one for the top floor)
I liked the store signs that you can add on, a different take on making the buildings individual. Been using the signs from the Foundry site.
Now, the gallows is a handy kit. Dont think I will hang about to buy those!
Not in person, but I’ll order some soon. What I like most about the Sarisa buildings is the interiors. I like the jail the best
But even if Gamecraft doesn’t have interiors it’s still OK. For me, it’s great to have included, but not a dealbreaker if it’s not there. Just gives me an excuse to have some extra fun playing with xacto knives and balsa wood
I got the jail one as well, bit tricking putting that together without bending the thin materials. Cant see that one being put apart and back together on a regular bases and not breaking anything. I have glued it permanetly.
The only prob, is as it supposed to be an adobe building and the corner of it shows the jagged edge which clips it and hold the structure together. Any ideas on how to cover that? Thick white paint? mix of plaster wash?
I am going to order some of the Gamecraft stuff, and will put match sticks in the inside corner of the buildings up half way, got some 1mm ply which can be used as flooring for the upstairs.
I noticed that too. I was going to try using spackle/wall filler stuff to fill in those cracks and smooth it out with a putty knife. Should look more natural once its all painted
Have a look at this new site.

Very nice!!
I just saw them too, they look great. I really like how they come with decals for the signs, I don’t trust my freehand lettering skills so none of my shops have any names yet
Just an idea, maybe do the signs on the pc and print out on transparent plastic sheets. Cut to size on the board, then you can see the details of the wood underneath. Then spray matt clear varnish to remove the shiny reflective effects.
Just an idea.
